ORGANIZATIONAL GOALS

• Increase response time to members' inquiries
• Allocate organizational resources in a manner that is consistent with attaining membership as well as service goals
• Successfully conclude collective bargaining agreement negotiations
• Attain collective bargaining agreement settlements at or above industry benchmarks
• Establish and sustain critical external relations with signatory contractors (Associations) thru "Business Roundtable" gatherings
• Establish and sustain critical external relations with executive, and legislative officials in Lansing, Washington, D.C. and primary state of Michigan municipalities, counties and townships
• Utilize Political Action Committee resources towards attaining new federal road/highway funding legislation
• Engagement of resources to secure health care fund benefits and pension fund benefits to Local 324 members and family members
• Complete accessibility to members and service their needs
